Quality Checking
We have implemented a Total Quality Management (TQM) initiative across our processes, operations, and management. Every step we take reflects our commitment to meeting international quality standards.
We have a dedicated quality control department to ensure that each step of the manufacturing process meets rigorous standards. This team oversees quality across all our production units, controlling quality at every stage—from style and fit approvals to size wet, pilot batch, initial, inline, and final inspections. We adhere to AQL 1.5 to 2.5 quality standards (depending on the buyer’s preference) throughout our production process.
